The NBD Warranty is an extended service that ensures the rapid delivery of a functional QNAP device on the next business day after a reported failure. This is an optional service available for all QNAP rack-mounted models and selected 4-bay or larger tower models.

How does the NBD Warranty work?
- Report the issue – The client submits a service request via the QNAP service portal.
- Verification and approval – The QNAP technical team confirms the fault and initiates the replacement process.
- Device delivery – A functional device is delivered by courier the next business day after the claim is approved.
- Return of faulty equipment – The client has 4 business days to return the faulty device. QNAP provides a shipping label for free return shipping.
